SET UP A NOODLETOOLS PROJECT - You will use NoodleTools to keep track of your sources and compile your Works Cited/Consulted.

SET UP A NOODLETOOLS PROJECT - You will use NoodleTools to keep track of your sources and compile your Works Cited/Consulted.
- LOGIN using your regular WCASD username and password.
- The revalidation password is knights21.
- Click on NEW PROJECT.
- TITLE your project & keep MLA and ADVANCED selected & click SUBMIT.

Sources
Books (be sure to cite your dystopian novel!):
- To cite books in NoodleTools, import by ISBN number. Here is a video tutorial that shows you how to import books into NoodleTools.
Databases (optional):
- Database passwords are in the Library Schoology group
- To cite sources from databases, follow the directions below each database icon OR access the Library Schoology group for directions and tutorials.
- Be sure to download a copy of each source to your Google Drive or User Folder.
- To access other databases, click on the RESEARCH tab of this website.
- Click here for help navigating and using the databases.
Pop Culture (at least 1 source):
- In NoodleTools, select NEW SOURCE, then use the prompts to select where you found the source and what type of source it is. (Ms. Boyle can help you with this part!)

Download your Works Cited/Consulted from NoodleTools
- WORKS CITED = Lists ONLY the sources that you pulled information from for your project
- WORKS CONSULTED = Lists ALL sources you looked at and/or read when creating your project
- While in your NoodleTools project, click the SOURCES tab.
- Click the PRINT/EXPORT dropdown.
- Select PRINT/EXPORT TO WORD or PRINT/EXPORT TO GOOGLE DRIVE.
- A Word Document (or Google Doc) with a correctly formatted Works Cited/Consulted will download that you may then save to your user folder.
- If you are using a Works Cited, REMOVE the sources you didn't use information from for your project.
- If you are using a Works Consulted, CHANGE the title at the top to say WORKS CONSULTED.
